When something goes wrong, the only evidence on hand is a report describing a surface that no longer exists.
A program replaces that single snapshot with a current, documented picture of every zone at every site: where it stands now, which way it is trending, and what was done when a result fell short.

Testing rounds to AS 4663:2013 on a schedule set by risk: annual as the baseline, six-monthly for higher-risk zones such as entries, kitchens, wet areas and external ramps.

Compliance program questions
How often should floors be tested under a program?
For most commercial floors, an annual round is the widely accepted benchmark. Higher-risk areas such as entry foyers, commercial kitchens, pool surrounds and external ramps are commonly moved to six-monthly rounds, especially where results have been marginal or there is an incident history. During scoping we recommend an interval for each zone based on its risk, and the schedule is reviewed as results come in.
What happens between rounds if we refurbish or change cleaners?
Tell us, and we bring a test forward for the affected areas. New flooring, a sealer or polish application, and a change of cleaning contractor or chemicals can all change slip resistance well before the next scheduled round. An interim test updates the register, establishes a new baseline and catches problems while the contractor responsible is still accountable.
Can you cover sites in multiple cities?

How is pricing structured?
